For Customers based in Singapore, singpost takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver your order to your mail box. All orders are regarded as small packets not letters so it won’t arrive in your mail box the next day.(Due to Covid-19 measures, we are suspending all singpost delivery)

As of 6th April 2020, we will be switching delivery using J&T Express Local courier. Most orders with tracking no. will be delivered within 2 working days after order is received. Local Courier Shipping is free above $120. For purchases below $120, a $3.50 flat fee will be added for each order of up to 0.5kg. Please note, J&T delivery will be done via contactless delivery.

1. J&T delivery team will call you to retrieve the OTP code

2. J&T delivery team will knock on your door and place the parcel near your doorstep

3. J&T Delivery team will step away from the door to a safe distance and take a photo.

4. Delivery is now completed with no digital signature required.

For customers not based in singapore, your order will be delivered via international courier with J&T Express. You can use the cart calculator to estimate the shipping cost. It may take 3 to 8 business days to reach you. Due to the Covid 19 situation, please anticipate delays in your parcels.

It is possible. We seek your kind understanding that all the products we offer on our platform is of 100% ingredients with a natural origin. These cosmetics may feel and smell different as compared to conventional cosmetics. This is because we do not use silicones and fragrance to mask the “natural” smell of the ingredients or use silicone to improve the “slip” of the product.

Natural cosmetics takes time before you can see the effectiveness, it may be a couple of weeks or months before you see the gradual brightening of the skin etc.

It is different for every product. But typically, natural cosmetics has a much shorter shelf life than chemical based cosmetics. Please do try to use the products within 6 months of purchase. Most of our brand owners prepare their products in small batches and quantity. Any Pre orders are welcome. Please email ius or message us on Instagram. 

The only exception is the vitamin C serum from Hwado, Please use within 3 months after opening the aluminium packaging as vitamin C is sensitive to air oxidation. ie we encourage you to purchase and use the the products immediately etc. please don’t buy and keep the products for months before using,

Of course we do. Especially for liquid and cream based products. We use plant based preservatives that has been challenged tested against conventional chemical preservatives.There is no compromise on this. Our plant based preservation is safe and gentle on skin. All ingredients are listed on the product description.
