We are pleased to inform customers that all prices shown are inclusive of free shipping by Singpost normal mail. Items typically take 3 to 5 business days to be posted to you as these are not letters but considered small package items.

While these mails do not have a track number, we typically take photographic evidence of the shipping.

Till date, we have not received any returned parcels by Singpost even though there is failed delivery and a return address.

In the event that you do not receive your purchase, we urge customers not to panic and contact us immediately.

If you would like delivery with a tracking number, kindly select the Shipping option with courier firm J&T express(works for both local and international Shipping).

This option offers a flat fee of $3.50 for local orders of up to 600grams for 2 to 3 working days delivery.

For international shipping, kindly purchase via selecting international courier firm J&T express during checkout. You will get your order with a tracking no. International shipping charges apply.

1. All purchase orders made through this site are final once payment is received.

2. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened or used products. We also do not accept returns of cosmetic items due to colours or shade change requests.

3. In the event you suspect that your purchase product has a manufacturing defect, Zeromultiple will look into such cases on a case by case basis. We take all defected product cases seriously.
