Very grilling and tested my resolve many times over. As a singapore brand and a small business, we struggle everyday. Sometimes, it can be so overwhelming to consider throwing in the towel because there are smoother alternative paths. So the only thing that kept me going are the customers skin healing outcomes. Our products worked on them and that made all the difference and that is the only reason we kept going.
